Dr. Danilo C. Del Campo, "Dr. Danny"

Dr. Danny is a board-certified Chicago dermatologist who cares for diseases and conditions of the skin, hair, and nails, including cosmetic therapies and rejuvenation.

Dr. Danny is often highly sought out from various media and publications for his expertise in Chicago dermatology. This includes NBC News, Washington Post, Allure, Newswire, Medical News Today, LiveScience and many others.

Education & Experience

Dr. Danny is highly accomplished with a diverse educational background. He attended University of Chicago where he earned a double major in Biological Sciences and Music. During his time there, he was recognized as a Jeff Metcalf Fellow and conducted research on genetic aging at the City of Hope in California. He graduated medical school from Rush Medical College, part of the highly ranked, award-winning Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Danny then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center and a rigorous dermatology residency at New York Medical College in New York City.

Educational Accomplishments

During medical school, Dr. Danny was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for serving the medical community and surrounding areas. In his final year of residency, he was chosen as the sole Chief Resident in Dermatology, where he educated medical students, residents, and interdisciplinary teams. He gave frequent lectures to the medical college and expanded the educational format for residents.

Dr. Danilo V. Del Campo

Dr. Danilo Del Campo is the founder and medical director of Chicago Skin Clinic, which started in 1981.

Education & Experience

Dr. Del Campo graduated from Loyola University before completing his MD program at Chicago Medical School. He was accepted and later graduated from the rigorous and highly sought dermatology residency at Cook County Stroger Hospital. During his extensive and notable career, Dr. Del Campo has assisted in numerous clinical studies and scientific articles to further the field of medical and cosmetic dermatology in Chicago.
